When a temperature reading falls outside your allowed range, Safely automatically generates a compliance alert . From the compliance alerts list, users can immediately create a follow-up task that is assigned and tracked in the Jobs & Tasks module . Once the physical issue is resolved, the task is completed, ensuring full traceability and proof of resolution .
In the Device Management area, you can register new devices, assign them names and locations, and group them into asset categories (like "Cold room" or equipment type) to keep large-scale monitoring structured . If a unit is being cleaned or under maintenance, you can pause the device so that its readings do not trigger unnecessary alerts until it is resumed . The system also integrates directly with supported logger systems, such as ETI ThermaData WiFi .
Customers gain access to dedicated Asset reporting, which displays temperature trends, compliance over time, heatmaps, and performance comparisons across devices and categories .
