From the compliance alerts list, users can immediately create a follow-up task that is assigned and tracked in the Jobs & Tasks module . Once the physical issue is resolved, the task is completed, ensuring full traceability and proof of resolution .

In the Device Management area, you can register new devices, assign them names and locations, and group them into asset categories (like "Cold room" or equipment type) to keep large-scale monitoring structured . If a unit is being cleaned or under maintenance, you can pause the device so that its readings do not trigger unnecessary alerts until it is resumed .
